metrostress is a company dedicated to providing a range of stress relieving therapies to residents, workers and visitors in and around Manchester, with particular emphasis on Corporate programmes.

metrostress was founded by Bill Dove in 2000 after experiencing first hand the levels of stress management can bring. He decided to retrain and work towards reducing the effects of stress found in workplaces.

Since its inception, metrostress has developed by responding to the needs and aspirations of forward thinking organisations and managers. Currently reducing stress for over 200 employees a month.

It is our aim to provide a fully professional de-stress service at an affordable price and at convenient locations. Accessibility, quality and value for money are our watchwords.
