15 Minute Stress Relief Treatment
- On site massage - more intensive version of the above.
- Reiki - energy balancing applied thru clothing
- Reflexology foot massage - using specific point on the foot to stimulate the internal organs.
- Back, neck & shoulders massage - a relaxing therapy using oil whilst lying on the massage couch.
25 Minute Stress Relief Treatment
- Swedish massage - a truly relaxing experience using specially blended aromatherapy oils.
- Sports massage - as above but much deeper and concentrating on specific muscle groups.
- Thai massage - delivered thru clothes on mat; involves stretching and deep pressure.
- Reiki - as with 15 mins but more intense and covering the whole body.
- Reflexology - more intensive than the foot massage and includes more detailed consultation.
- Holistic facials/manicures/pedicures - the ultimate in luxury at your convenience.
